• Technical & Geospatial Data: IP address, device fingerprints, approximate geolocation coordinates for Google Maps locality discovery, and browser access logs for fraud mitigation.

2Purpose of Data Processing

UCDREAMS TECHNOLOGIES LLP processes your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Facilitating scheduled physical inspections and key handover walkthroughs with on-ground property managers.
• Connecting you via real-time WebSocket messaging and official WhatsApp notifications regarding verified vacancies.
• Drafting, notarizing, or e-stamping standard lease agreements in accordance with Karnataka and applicable state Rent Acts.
• Enforcing anti-circumvention covenants, fraud detection, and zero-spam platform integrity.
• Complying with statutory tax accounting, GST invoicing, and regulatory reporting mandates.

3Communication Channels & WhatsApp Consent

By providing your telephone number or submitting an inspection request, you expressly authorize UCDREAMS TECHNOLOGIES LLP and its verified broker personnel to contact you via telephone call, SMS, and WhatsApp for property visit coordination, key handover updates, and lease confirmations, notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry.

5Data Retention & Security Safeguards

All personal and tenancy records are protected utilizing industry-grade SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption in transit, isolated database storage, and role-based administrative access controls. Personal data is retained for as long as your user account remains active, and statutory lease transaction records are archived for seven (7) years to satisfy Indian accounting and dispute resolution compliance.
